Sheila Carney,
President and Founder,

Sheila brings over 15 years of diverse and extensive experience in the recruiting industry and has worked as a search specialist in the Accounting and Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology Sectors. She's held VP and Regional Director Roles for a national IT search firm and an international staffing company.
Sheila also spent two years working client-side as a Director of Recruitment for an international, software development company, where her mandate was to build a first class recruitment function from scratch and hire up to 700 IT professionals within a 12 month period.
She's successfully led and managed mid-large sized teams of up to 55 recruiters in the UK, United States, Australia and Canada. She has also managed regional areas/offices across British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario.
Before entering the recruitment field Sheila trained and worked as a lawyer. She graduated from The University of Leeds in the United Kingdom with a Law degree. On deciding that the legal profession was not for her, Sheila entered the world of recruitment and managed a variety of recruiting offices in the UK. In 1995 Sheila immigrated to Canada, where she has continued to develop her recruiting expertise, as evidenced by the senior recruitment roles she has held.
Sheila is a Certified Behavioral Interviewer and is particularly adept at identifying, screening and matching candidates to companies and companies to candidates. In addition, Sheila is exceptionally talented at building recruiting teams and developing strong recruitment methodologies and best practices for both staffing firms and client companies.
Sheila has set out to create a goal-focused company that goes that extra mile to provide the right client/candidate match and builds genuine relationships that ensures outstanding results.
Associates
Sheila works with a number of researchers and consultants on a matching talent to task basis. Collectively these Associates have over 25 years of research and recruiting experience and a dedication and commitment to consistently providing a high quality service.
