Our team of experienced recruiters, who are specialized and well-networked in these areas, are able to effectively work with you to identify your key criteria for making the next move. We can then source opportunities that match those aspirations.
Recruiting for Permanent Positions
If you´re looking to contribute to a company on a permanent basis we can unearth those opportunities. If you are suitable for a particular role, we take you through a thorough screening process to ensure we match your ambitions with the needs of the organization. Overall, we assess your skills, aspirations and organizational fit.
Recruiting for Interim/Term Placements
If it´s more of an interim position you´re seeking, we place people with clients who are looking for talent to cover major projects, maternity leaves, peaks in workload, sickness, disability or strategic plans limiting permanent headcount. The duration of these assignments are usually 6—12 months and we take you through the same thorough search and assessment process used for permanent searches.
Our Process
Step 1: The initial contact
An experienced recruiter will contact you via the phone to have a general discussion about your current situation and to get a sense of your overall aspirations. If we feel Vantage Resourcing will be able to effectively assist in your job search, you will be invited into the office for a more formal interview.
Step 2: Getting to know you
At the interview we´ll assess your work history, career development to date and your major work achievements. We´ll also spend a considerable amount of time talking to you about your ideas for your next position. We´ll then work with you with respect to your overall goals and long term career planning.
Step 3: Are we a match?
If both parties are satisfied with the information and are comfortable with working together, then Vantage will request your references and will explain the next steps.
Step 4: Presenting your resume
Once working together, Vantage will honour its code of ethics and will not present your resume anywhere without your express permission. We will contact you when a suitable position is available and will explain the details of the role. If you´re interested, we will present your resume.
Step 5: Securing the interview
Once an interview with the client is secured, Vantage will let you know all the relevant details and will work with you throughout the interview process.
Step 6: If the position is offered
The ideal situation is the client extends a “hard to refuse” offer and you decide to accept. At this stage, Vantage can assist you with you resignation process.
Step 7: If the offer isn´t forthcoming
If you decide not to accept an offer or you´re not offered a position, Vantage will continue to work with you and will provide full feedback from any of the interviews you attend.
