• If we know we can't deliver on a particular assignment, we won't waste your time by taking it on in the first place.
• We will give you honest and reliable information on the market, your visibility in the market and our approach to the overall search process.
• We will be responsive and proactive and on a regular basis will keep you apprised of all relevant matters related to the search.
• We will not present candidates that we know aren't suitable for the role you want to fill.
• All candidates we present to you will always be fully briefed on your position and your company.
• We will not recruit from your organization.
• Everything about the assignment will be in confidence and your need for confidentiality will never be at risk.
