Recruiting for Permanent Positions
Vantage Resourcing conducts searches for permanent staff on a contingency basis. If there´s no placement, there´s no fee. We take suitable candidates through a thorough screening process that ensures we can closely match your needs and their ambitions. We assess their skills, aspirations and organizational fit. In the highly unlikely event the candidate not be suitable after placement, we provide a three month replacement guarantee.
Recruiting for Interim/Term Placements
If you´re looking for talent to cover major projects, maternity leaves, peaks in workload, sickness, disability or strategic plans limiting permanent headcount, you likely need an interim placement. The duration of these assignments are usually 6—12 months and we follow the same thorough search and assessment process used for permanent searches.
Human Resources Solutions
If you require experts for a focused and prolonged recruitment assignment, Vantage will provide you with proven and experienced Human Resources Professionals on a permanent or interim basis. We can also assist you with searching for and securing your own recruiting resources or can help you develop your own recruiting practice

Our Process
Step 1: Getting to know you
The first step is to organize an initial meeting so we can thoroughly understand your needs. We like to discuss your current issues, the position mandate and the key requirements to ensure candidate/employer success. We also do a complete evaluation regarding the strong selling points of the role and organization.
Step 2: Unearthing the candidates
Armed with the information you´ve just provided, we conduct market research and start the process of identifying and approaching candidates. We build our network of candidates through referrals, networking and recruiting, database searches, advertising response and from print job postings.
Step 3: Assessing the candidates
Candidates that are interested and qualified will be initially interviewed and evaluated by Vantage. From there, we will develop a shortlist.
Step 4: Presenting the short list
The short list is presented to the client along with a technical and personality assessment of each candidate.
Step 5: Selecting the finalists
Candidates are interviewed by the client and Vantage conducts the reference checks on the selected finalists.
Step 6: Making the offer
Remuneration is negotiated and an offer presented to the successful candidate.
Step 7: Readying the successful candidate
On acceptance of the offer, Vantage works with the candidate and assists them with their resignation process.
